Where can I buy Kolorspun merchandise offline?

How do you secure credit card information?

We never even see it. Our orders are handled by PayPal and Shopify, the industry standards in online payment. Your order is protected by their billion dollar security systems, so rest easy.

Do I need a PayPal account?
Nope. We accept credit cards at checkout through Shopify.

What's your return/exchange policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges in most cases. If your merchandise is damaged, please contact us with pictures and we will send you a new one right away.

If you haven't received your order within one week of shipping, please email us at support@kolorspun.com so that we can make it right.

An item I purchased last week has gone on sale, but I paid full price.

No problem! We understand how annoying that can be, so just shoot us an email at Support@kolorspun.com and we’ll issue a partial refund to match the sale price.


No Free Shipping? Why not?

We've found that when online stores offer free shipping,  the cost of shipping is actually rolled into the price you pay for every single item. That means that when you buy two pins from most sites, you're paying twice for shipping. By charging a single shipping fee at checkout, we're able to provide you a lower price per pin.

When can I expect my order?

Orders ship within 2 business days, but often ship the same day or the day after you order. You'll receive an email from us as soon as your item ships with a tracking code so that you can keep an eye on your order every step of the way.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, we ship worldwide using First Class International mail from USPS. USPS shipping rates for Canada are $9, and the rest of the world is $13.

The international shipping cost is too high for such a small item. Why is that?

We ship all of our packages as "parcels," which means they're more than 1/4" thick. This costs more than envelopes meant for documents, but it also ensures that your pins arrive safely and on-time, and are able to be tracked every step of the way.

When a pin is improperly shipped in a less-expensive envelope intended for documents, it is treated as if it contained documents. That means it may go through thin sorting machines in the shipping facilitates that can damage your pin or tear the package. If the envelope causes problems in the sorting system and is able to be recovered, it will be returned to us and delay the order.

How will my items be packaged?

We bubble wrap each individual pin (in what is probably too much bubble wrap) to make sure that it is as protected as possible. Each wrapped item is then placed within a black waterproof bubble mailer. We use thermal printed shipping labels on each package, so your tracking info updates faster and there’s no risk of mislabeling or misreading your address.

Nope. You don’t need a PayPal account, either.
