I needed some patches for a much-loved blanket that my cat, a prolific biscuit maker, had accidentally over kneaded holes in. I messaged Matt to find out if there were enough to accommodate my request. Unfortunately they were out but a few days later, (like a week) Matt messaged me back to let me know they restocked the patches. Just wow! I've never had such superb customer service! That he remembered my request blew me away and has made me a loyal customer! The patches are gorgeous, high quality, and ironed on easily. Thanks to Kolorspun, my blanket is saved from my cat.
